Damaged Items

It’s imperative that you notify us of damages right away so we can file claims immediately. Please follow the instructions below to get started.
Please Note: We make every attempt to have damage situations resolved quickly and get you replacement items within 14 days.
To Your Door Delivery (Level 1)
Please email client@remotestylist.com with photos of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to keep all original packaging as we are unable to accept goods without it.
White Glove Delivery (Levels 2-4)
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, take pictures, then tell the delivery men you want to refuse the delivery and send the goods back on the truck in their original packaging immediately. Please email us at client@remotestylist.com with the pictures and details within 24 hours.
