RemoteStylist.com will ship to any street address in the world – and we think you'll be surprised at how quickly it will arrive and how much less it cost than you thought it would! Boat, plane, train, truck: we're over hearing that you couldn't have what you wanted because you were outside of the shipping zone.

There are 3 levels of delivery service:

  1. Curbside – will be delivered to your door.
  2. Inside – will be delivered inside and into the spot you'd like it to go.
  3. White Glove – will be brought into your home in the area you desire, unwrapped, set up and the garbage taken away.

Note: If we're entering your home, someone obviously needs to be there to let us in. Once your order is ready for shipping, our team will schedule that with you by email and/or phone.

Please make sure you provide your Stylist with any special delivery instructions (e.g. back door, accessing 3rd floor, narrow staircase, “call one hour before so I can meet driver”, etc.) at the time you place your order and give us time to string together the logistics. Despite the fact we're logistical geniuses, sometimes we have to wait on others but rest assured we don't buy into standard shipping time clauses and neither should you (something about high hopes and disappointment!). We'll specify the time-to-your-door with your quote and set you up with email notifications that alert you when your packages have shipped which includes tracking information (where available) to follow their progress.

Delivery fees charged are on a total order (and charged in $US Dollars) Please note that all goods are shipped directly from the manufacturer(s) and as such all your purchases may not arrive together. While your purchases may come from various locations and may arrive to you in more than one package, only one delivery fee is charged per order. Remote Stylist is obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with a taxable order shipped to both New York and Ontario addresses.

Returns

All returns are subject to the discretion of Remote Stylist and must be approved by following the procedures outlined in this policy. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number and a return envelope for small parcels or special return instructions for larger furniture.

Customer care is extremely important to Remote Stylist, so in the event that you are dissatisfied with any product you’ve ordered through RemoteStylist.com, Remote Stylist will try to assist you, where possible, in seeking a refund from the supplier. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Remote Stylist is not able to provide refunds on behalf of the supplier or manufacturer and is not liable for any such refunds sought.

Not all products are eligible for returns; in order to maintain our competitive pricing, many items are “Final Sale” or “As is”, and no returns, refunds or exchanges will be issued on such [except where required by law]. Please make sure to note if your item is eligible for return prior to purchasing it. You may return an eligible product for which you have received a return authorization from Remote Stylist within 14 days from receipt of delivery of the return authorization. Items arriving after the 14 day return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Shipping charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective and eligible and authorized for return.

Please note that from time to time there may be delays with processing payments and transactions, on occasion this can take up to thirty (30) days to be deducted from your bank account or credit card.

Procedures

Small Parcels/Curbside Delivery

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email client@remotestylist.com within 48 hours of receiving it and include photos evidencing the issue so that we can look into it immediately. Be sure to keep all original packaging as we are unable to accept goods without it. Please understand that we have to go back to the suppliers and they'll establish whether it was damaged before or during shipping, so it takes time.

Inside/White Glove Delivery

Open the boxes when the drivers are on site and inspect. If the products are not to your satisfaction, send them back on the truck immediately. It's imperative that Remote Stylist hears from the buyer and the delivery agent within 48 hours of delivery, and that pictures are also submitted to client@remotestylist.com.
